We ship across the United States from our boutique in the French Quarter of New Orleans.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your French treasures arrive in perfect condition. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At GEM de France, we stand behind the quality of every piece we carry. Each item is carefully inspected before it leaves our boutique.

Because our collection is curated and imported directly from France, all sales are final.

However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If your item arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order, we will make it right — no questions asked.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

To request an exchange, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at gemdefrance@aol.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

We'll do our best to find you the perfect piece.
