In the great houses of France, the table was never an afterthought. The cloth came first — off white or pale blue, pressed and centered, before anything else was set. It was the foundation of the whole arrangement.
The Palace Bleu is the "Elegance à la française". Reproduction of ceiling medallion from a French castle. The pattern is jacquard Centerguard — woven directly into the cloth, not printed on top of it. Off white on one side reversible in beige in the other side.
It is the kind of tablecloth that makes everything placed on it look more considered.
